An informative workshop spanning two weeks on a Saturday afternoon.
To both educate you on the science behind chronic pain and give you great tools for the managment of dealing with physical pain. Allowing you to move through your pain and beyond.
Designed to help you move through the limitations that your physical pain puts on you. Releasing you to move more freely and effortlessly through your daily life.
We will help you to discover your personal Triggers that increase your pain levels and recognise these before they become troublesome.
This Workshop includes:
* Pain Education.
With full support of exploring though what is/ and how we perceive pain.
2 meditations on pain each Session.
*Soft Restorative Yoga Poses.
With plenty of props and different ways to help your body overcome any restrictions.
Specifically Designed for pain relief and pain management.
*Manual Therapy (Appointments outside of workshop hours)
6 hours of workshop
1 hour of one on one personal assessment and treatment.
You choose between Massage, Yoga or Myo Therapy ( appointments to be made outside of workshop hours)
