Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a Term used now for a General class. You will discover Yoga and all its aspects in this safe and rounded general Class.
The Sanskrit word Hatha means Forceful and is actually the correct term used for all Asana or posture Yoga.
As the word Yoga (Union) traditionally is the word used for Study, Meditation, Devotion, Chanting, Pranayama, and Asana.
Meditation
A mediation class with some small movement to soften the body into relaxation. The Meditations are Both Buddhist and or Shivait Tantric based. Working on the subtle energy body to help digest our experiences and support us along our path.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a faster paced strong class. Using more advanced techniques and poses. Great for those who are wanting to increase strength agility and fitness level. Not recommended for beginners.
