Yoga Sol’s doors opened in 2016 by senior yoga teacher and myotherapist Claire Tierney to bring yoga to the Hills Community. What started as a humble yoga studio has grown into a worldwide community hub of like-minded people who enjoy all things, yoga, philosophy, travel, and self-care.

With Claires love of Nepal and Yogic Philosophy in 2019 she launched her very first Nepali Yoga Trek & Retreat. Each year Claire guides a group of wandering yogis to Nepal to explore the ancient sites, discuss the mythological meanings behind the symbols, and explore what Nepal has to offer while incorporating the celebration of the local festivals into your daily yoga practice on the trip.
We pride ourselves on Yoga Sol being a safe, relaxing space for the community to enjoy and encourage everyone to leave any judgement at the door so we can focus on our self-care. Our doors are open to everyone in the community regardless of age, gender and body type.
